Beacon for schools and trade programs

Give every student a plan for their Career.

Your students finish the course with the first credentials. Beacon shows each of them what comes next: the certification worth getting, the move after it, and the year they could reach the pay they want.

Free 7-day pilot for up to 25 students. Each student's plan stays private to them. Accounts are for students 18 and over.

What a student gets

A plan that starts from their own goal.

A new HVAC technician on $45,000 who wants $65,000 by 2030 gets EPA Section 608 in 2027, a better-paid service job in 2028, a state or local license where required in 2029, and a lead role in 2030. Each step shows its source and the assumptions behind the number.

Pay figures are estimates from public sources, not promises. Open the HVAC example.

The free pilot

Your class's first week.

  1. Day 1A 20-minute call

Who your students are, which programs, and when the class meets. We set up their access by hand.

  2. Day 1One link for the class

You share one sign-up link with up to 25 students. Each builds a plan from their own pay goal in about two minutes.

  3. Days 2 to 6This week's steps

Each student sees the next certification worth getting, what it usually costs, and the steps for this week toward it, and ticks them off.

  4. Mid-weekA check-in with you

How many students signed up and set a plan. Counts only, never names, pay or plans.

  5. Day 7You decide

List it for future classes, sponsor seats, or stop. Nothing renews and nothing is billed.

Questions

Good to know

Do we see our students' pay or plans?

No. Each student's profile, pay and plan are private to them, locked to their own account. You see counts only: how many joined through your link and how many set a plan.

Which programs are covered?

17 roles today, including welder, electrician, carpenter, HVAC technician, warehouse and logistics worker, with the certifications and pay ranges for the United States and six other markets. Tell us which programs you need next.

What does a pilot need from us?

A named contact, a rough idea of the class, and a way to share one sign-up link with up to 25 students. We set up 7 days of full access and check in with you mid-week.

Can high school students use Beacon?

The free Ambition Planner needs no account, so students of any age can try it in class. Accounts, pilot places and sponsored seats are for people 18 and over, as our Terms require.

Where do the pay figures come from?

Public sources, named on every plan, such as the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. They are estimates, not promises, and every plan shows the assumptions behind its numbers.

How do sponsored seats work?

You choose how many students (at least 10), we send an invoice, and each student gets a year of Beacon once it's paid. You can add students later at the same rate.

Who are we talking to?

Adi, COO at Norventus, and the small team that builds Beacon, Forge and Watch Tower.
